Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
1. Who we are
beyondELO operates beyondelo.com (the Service) and the beyondELO accounts on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok (@beyondelocom). This policy explains what personal data we handle and why.
2. What we collect
- Account: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture Google shares with us.
- What you add: profile settings, predictions and other content you create while signed in.
- Contact form: your name, email address and message, plus a one-time code that confirms the address.
- Analytics: pages visited and device information through Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Technical data: IP address and request logs processed by our hosting and security providers.
3. How we use it
We use this data to run your account, answer your messages, send service emails such as verification codes and replies, understand which pages are useful, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
4. Cookies and local storage
Your browser stores your session, theme, language and similar settings so the Service works. Analytics cookies are set only after you consent, and you can change that choice at any time in the cookie settings.
5. Service providers
We rely on Supabase (database and sign-in), Railway (hosting), Cloudflare (content delivery and security), Resend (email) and Google (sign-in and analytics). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
6. TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
We connect only our own beyondELO accounts to these platforms, to publish our video recaps. When we connect our TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit, we receive its basic profile (account ID, display name and avatar) and access tokens, and use them only to upload our own videos to that account as drafts.
We do not collect data about other TikTok, Instagram or YouTube users, and we delete the stored tokens when an account is disconnected.
7. How long we keep data
Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request. Analytics data follows the retention settings of Google Analytics.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to its use, through the contact page. Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
9. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version, and significant changes are announced on the Service.
11. Contact
Questions about privacy can be sent through the contact page.
